Dr. Panca Hadi Putra, Head of Lexin, returned to Universitas YARSI, where he completed his Master of Notarial Law. Through the Alumni Back to Campus program, he opened the collaboration seminar of Universitas YARSI and Lexin as keynote opening speaker.
The Work Orientation Collaboration Seminar was titled “Navigating the AI Era: Literacy, Industry Perspective, and Implementation”. It took place on Thursday, 21 May 2026, from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB at the Rectorate Seminar Room, Universitas YARSI.
A total of 106 YARSI students and members of the academic community attended. The discussion covered the development of AI, the challenges of the future workplace, and how AI is used across industries and startups.
Besides Panca, four other speakers took part: dr. Wening Sari, M.Kes. (Vice Rector I, Universitas YARSI), Mubarik Ahmad (Head of the Student Affairs, Career and Alumni Center, Universitas YARSI), Adila Alfa Krisnadhi, Ph.D. (Chief Scientist at Lexin), and Bryan Jeshua (Co-Founder of Klaussa).
Participants took away three things: why AI literacy matters, how industry views the development of AI, and examples of applying AI in startup development and digital innovation.
Besides the talks, the program included a hands-on session and a Q&A. Chelsea Juliana Oky, a student in the Library and Information Science program at Universitas YARSI, hosted the event.
The organizers hope students will better understand technological developments, be more ready for the digital workplace, and be encouraged to keep adapting and innovating in the AI era.
